Installation

Step 1
Remove glazing stops. A chisel works well for this application. Note the flat edge of chisel is against the stop.

Step 2
Pry against the stop to loosen.

Step 3
Once started, you can remove with your hands.

Step 4
Using a knife, cut the seal between the glass and the sash on the exterior.

Step 5
Also using a knife, cut the heal bead on the interior. This will only be along the bottom and approximately 6” to 8" up each side. Remove glass and black setting blocks (take note where they are placed). Using a high grade silicone, apply a bead around the sash replace the black setting blocks. Apply a heavy bead of silicone along the bottom and back up the sides of the unit 6 to 8".
